Heather joined our team after many years of working various jobs with North West NC YMCA’s. Striving to make an impact with her Youth Development knowledge and her Certified Personal Training skills. She knew from day one this is where she belonged! Born and raised right at our back door in Lewisville, Heather graduated from West Forsyth High School and completed schooling at Surry Community College. When Ms. Heather isn’t working the front desk or playing with kiddos, you can find her at home with her family and a plethora of animals (3 dogs, 3 cats, 6 chickens and more animals).  Daily Ms. Heather tries to meet people in the now and transform them into their full potential weather in the clinic or in her personal life.
